Alright. Next year is my last year of high school and also the year I'm applying for barnard (ED). I already met my language requirement (two years of spanish) and I really want to take french for my last year. Will that seem inconsistent on my application to just start a new language my last year instead of spanish 3?

No, I doubt it will. I only took a language for two years in high school, and it didn’t negatively affect me.
