How is Elliot Hall like in terms of living environment and social setting?

I’ve only been to the Elliot dorms once and only to their lounge. All the girls who live there are extremely friendly and tight, and the lounge itself is very nice. They had this brightly colored furniture that was extraordinarily comfy, and on top of that, they had a flat screen TV.
I don’t recall if I saw a kitchen in there, but I’m pretty sure there is one around.
